The Space Coast was built on the strength of the aerospace industry. After many years and the return of both private- and public-sector space programs, the Space Coast is enjoying new growth. That’s why we extend special per diem rates to  business travelers visiting Florida’s Space Coast.

How It Works

Business travelers booking with King Rentals, Inc. should announce their status on inquiry. Our reservations specialists will assist you with the entire reservation process, including any additional needs or accommodations. Special consideration for your family is available when you stay with us!

We accept the current government per diem housing rates published for the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach area. You will receive a conformation upon your reservation, in addition to unit information and key pick-up instructions.

Billing for business travelers is done weekly in arrears each Friday. Receipts are promptly delivered for your expense reports. You are only billed for the nights you stay.

We welcome government employees and members of the armed forces. Don’t see your company listed here? Aerospace business travelers from other companies are also welcome!

Groups and long term business travelers may be eligible for additional savings.

Amenities for Business Travelers

Each fully furnished unit includes kitchenware, linens, and towels. Available units feature full kitchens with a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, an iron & ironing board, clothes hangers, and a hair dryer. Utilities and basic wifi are included in the rent.

Enjoy the ocean during your stay! Beachfront condos are available at per diem rates.
