This Friday, the City of Cocoa will be showing Monsters University in Riverfront Park. The showing will begin at 8:00 p.m.; live entertainment including food trucks and live music will begin at 5:00 p.m. This will be one of the final Movie in the Park events this year, with the final movie showing taking place on the 3rd Friday in September. Be sure to bring your blankets and lawn chairs. “Proceeds from the food truck sales will benefit the local charity EARTH Awareness who purchases instruments for Brevard County school music programs.”

The Food Trucks and Movies event is a recurrent event that takes place every 3rd Friday through September. The next two showings will be Monsters University and Dolphin Tale 2. Admission to the event is free.
