SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket will take flight this Friday on a resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS), delivering supplies and several science experiments to astronauts aboard the station. The launch is currently scheduled for 5:41am, June 29th from Launch Complex 40. SpaceX will not be attempting to land the rocket’s first stage; this is one of the final “Block 4” rockets as SpaceX transitions to the new and improved Falcon 9 “Block 5”. The weather forecast for Friday indicates partly cloudy skies and a light breeze.
