Hello Customers!

We know many of you are concerned about Hurricane Matthew, which is predicted to affect the Space Coast late this week and over the weekend. At this time, we are finishing up any maintenance and doing our best to make sure all units are prepared to be closed up prior to the storm’s arrival. Many things can change between now and Friday; we are watching the weather closely in the meantime.

We have already begun contacting tenants and asking them what they are doing to prepare. We are beginning to close storm shutters and pull in the patio/balcony furniture at your units. Vincent & Rose Marie will be available 24/7 in communication with local authorities if any services are needed.
