MONTHLY rates offer great savings and are available upon request. They are somewhat higher during winter months & July. Agreements of 6 months or less require payment of sales tax. Monthly rates, unless otherwise agreed upon, require deposits, and payment in advance. CORPORATE rates, based on current government travel allowances, are available to aerospace travelers. Corporate travelers will pay $10 per night for each additional family member. Aerospace travelers returning with immediate family as vacation guests must identify themselves at time of making reservation in order to receive corporate rate. Not all units are available at the corporate rate; call to inquire. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
All rates are plus tax, currently 11%.
Condos strictly enforce Maximum 2 persons per bedroom or less.
All long distance telephone calls are guest's expense. Please bring your calling card.
Reservation/Utility deposits are required.
CHECK IN TIME: - 3 PM / CHECK OUT - 10 AM Deposit / Cancellation / Refund / No Show Policy: Most of our guests stay with us through advanced registration. Your registration is considered definite only when accompanied by an advance deposit. Your deposit is refundable (less $50 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposits or prepaid packages will be given if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. All non-corporate rentals must be pre-paid at least 30 days in advance.
